Potato harvesting has come a long way in a short amount of time, but what has been done about the time a farmer spends during truck transitions? Over the course of a harvesting season, harvesters sit idly again and again as a loaded truck moves out of the way of the next truck in line.

Our engineers have designed a method that allows a harvester to continue digging during a truck transition. With each transition, ReturnFlow helps whittle away precious time that would otherwise be spent waiting for trucks to pull into position.

How Does ReturnFlow Work?

ReturnFlow is aptly named. When it is engaged from the tractor, potatoes in the harvester are returned onto the primary chain and added to the flow of potatoes being dug from the ground.

Since potato bruising is always a factor, ReturnFlow was engineered to be gentle, causing less force on the potato than a side discharge from a windrower.
