Most conventional telescoping conveyors overlap two separate belt drive systems to extend or contract the conveyor. The Double L no-drop conveyors manage a self-contained belt drive system to smoothly convey product without risking damage.

TOOLLESS ATTACHMENT

Double L's toolless conveyor attachment system simplifies and speeds up the process of adding or removing a conveyor from your potato handling line.

TRAILER HITCH AND TOWING DOLLY

Until now, farmers have had to choose between having a longer conveyor or having a convenient way to transport it. Double L has designed a simple solution: a dolly to shorten the wheel base and a trailer hitch to couple the conveyor to a pickup truck. With these two options, farmers can pull our conveyors like a trailer at speeds up to 55 mph (88.51 kph).
